[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] Registrar Data vs RDS Data

I think the main question is whether some of this data needs to be part 
of the individual query result for the data associated with a domain 
name or rather be included elsewhere. Let's try to keep it as simple as 
possible, and that to me includes removal of duplicate information from 
the actual data.
