[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] Article 29 Working Party to ICANN

It will be interesting to know which country ICANN will chose as its EU "data HQ", since that will in effect bring both GDPR and that country local law into play for gTLD operations with data from EU natural persons.

Hopefully they will decide that before RDS PDP deliberations require that information.
