Volker,

As hou said this is not new. What we need or need not do is very limited in time. With the internet as is today unless icann want to limit the territory to US also won’t work as well because one can still use vpn to appear as in US as well. So i have to say with all the warning from so many of us. I’ve a position on this that suggests let ICANN org can fined then perhaps some people will get to understand what is a taste of being fined.
