[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] CCtlds and Purpose

If we put the definitions in the questions then my concern would be 
mitigated.

However, using the terms also biases the questions unnecessarily in my 
opinion.  They don’t add anything to the question and to the extent 
the respondent knows the definition it biases the question.
