[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] CCtlds and Purpose

Hi Susan,

Thank you for your great efforts on the questions.

However, I worry that the list lacks some basic definitions regarding the
following terms:

Thin Data ­ if there is a definition intended it should be referenced
Think Data ­ same
Gate ­ a gate can be anything including a simple captcha or a free account
requirement.  In the case of a free account requirement the sign-up can be
required for reasons completely separate from the data (e.g. Sales of other
products, etc)
Authentication ­ Authentication is somewhat relative.  I can , for example,
require that you complete a catch so that I ³authenticate² that you are a
person and not a robot.

My other comments are included in the attached for simplicity.
