Dear Susan


If you have not sent the questions already, and if there is time of include
one or two more questions, you could ask the respondents if they follow any
of the gTLD Registry best practices. The gTLDs participating in this
working group might frame a more focused question, such as one pertaining
to LDAP, Whois, or non-discriminatory registrations. Such questions might
elicit responses that might throw light on how and why some ccTLDs might
perceive themselves as distinct from gTLDs apart from the intended
distinction of ccTLDs being country specific.

Also, why is necessary to draw up a narrow list of potential respondents?
Why not send the questions to all ccTLDs and individually follow up for
maximum response?
