[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] Newcomer Tutorial Dates

Hi Lisa and Chuck,

The newcomer tutorial potential dates are all during the International Trademark Association annual meeting of over 10,000 brand protection professionals.  While I do understand that it's impossible to accommodate all the various stakeholder schedules, I think that the IP/business/brand voice in particular needs this kind of tutorial to get up to speed (or back up to speed) on what is going on with this important issue.  Can we move the dates?
