The next GNSO Next-Gen RDS PDP Working Group meeting will take place on 14
November, 2017, at 17:00 UTC.

 

The proposed agenda (below) and meeting materials will be posted on the
meeting page: https://community.icann.org/x/KgByB

 

Drafting Team presenters, please note in agenda item 2) below a specific
list of questions you should prepare to cover during the WG call, including
a single-sentence version of your team's purpose(s). Please do your best to
follow the requested single-sentence format so that we'll have a consistent,
concise foundation for full WG deliberation on legitimate purpose(s) for
registration data collection or access.

PROPOSED AGENDA - RDS PDP WG Call on 14 November, 2017

1. Roll Call/SOI Updates

2. Drafting teams to present proposed purposes (5 minutes/purpose),
addressing these questions:

a) Give concise single-sentence version of purpose definition, using the
format:
"Information to enable contact between WHO and WHO for what reason..."
(if DT found this format too limited, explain what cannot be conveyed this
way)

b) Briefly describe other changes made to your purpose definition since
ICANN 60
(summarize changes made but do not repeat detailed overview of each purpose)

c) Answer any questions that were posed to the DT by the full WG or your
team

3. Leadership proposal for moving forward

4. Confirm action items and proposed decision points

5. Confirm next WG meeting: Tuesday, 21 November 2017 at 17:00 UTC
