[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] RDS WG co-chair

We are thankful for Susan's time as co-chair, and happy that she will continue to be involved in the RDS WG.  To replace Susan as co-chair, the IPC, BC, and ISPCP nominate Alex Deacon for the co-chair position.  I believe Susan has also recommended Alex as well.  We hope Alex will integrate quickly into the leadership team.  Regards, Vicky, VP-IPC
