Attached please find final answers produced by drafting team 4 (domain name
purchase/sale). These will also be posted on the wiki meeting page.

As has been noted in other messages, these answers are only intended to aid
WG understanding of entities associated with this possible purpose. They do
not imply agreement among DT4 members on the legitimacy of this purpose,
since that will be deliberated upon by the full WG. Please review the
attached document in preparation for Saturday's F2F meeting, and bring any
questions or suggestions that you may have to that meeting.
