<div>While I agree with Steve that at one level the RT is out of scope, there is an impact on this WG.</div>
<div>If an RT on WHOIS is launched who is going to sit on it?</div>
<div>Unless I’m mistaken most of the people who would be best qualified to participate in any such RT or most likely to volunteer to do so are already involved in this WG.</div>
