This might be a good example of how the WG can use the mind map to see
how the data elements charter question (below) does or does not cover all
of those concerns.<br><br>
The full WG will begin using this mind map during next Tuesday's call to
consider how to work through the first five charter questions.
Subquestions in the mind map were drawn from the charter and Issue
Report, but subquestions will no doubt be refined and added as the WG
attempts to answer these charter questions.<br><br>
