<div class="">I do not believe anyone has “demanded" that WHOIS become a “low grade cert authority”, so there isn’t any need (or request) to “fix WHOIS to do that”. Note however that the current WHOIS system does support this use case today. I’m sure there
are those who may feel it shouldn’t but it is what it is. </div>
