<p class="MsoNormal">Please find attached the latest version of the ‘Possible approach to consensus in deliberation of possible requirements for RDS PDP WG’. You can probably figure out from the file name that there have been quite a few versions of this since
our meeting last week. We actually just finished this version late today; hence the late delivery. Compared to the version that was discussed in our meeting last week, a very large number of edits were made so we decided that a redline would probably be
more confusing than helpful. That said, I will try to verbally highlight sections that were significantly changed.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This will be covered in quite a lot of detail under agenda item 3, ‘Continue discussion on Task 11: Method for reaching consensus in deliberations’. If possible, the goal is to get WG approval of this approach in the WG meeting, or at
least no strong objections to using the approach in the near term, including in Helsinki if applicable.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Reviewing the document before the call may be beneficial but I fully understand that many will not be able to do that. That is why we will go over the document fairly thoroughly, especially the changed portions.<o:p></o:p></p>
