has been stripped to its most skeletal provisions. What's missing is the breadth, depth and nuances of privacy and data protection laws, and frankly, the full obligations to which Registrars, Registries and ICANN must comply. This fullness was captured in
our original analysis of the Privacy documents and reflected in the Possible Requirements doc.

<p><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">[Chuck Gomes] The triage should not have eliminated any possible requirements but simply organized them so that we can better deliberate on them. Moreover the next step
