Attached please find draft 4 of the possible requirements list. This

draft, attached as a Word document, includes the following

updates:<br><br>

- additional possible requirements submitted since draft 3<br>

- triage of those additional possible requirements under the first 5

questions<br>

- a new Coding (C) column which incorporates Stephanie's proposed coding

framework<br>

- a new Annex B giving definitions for both coding and keywords (formerly

groups)<br><br>

As for draft 3, an Excel worksheet version of draft 4 will also be

prepared to facilitate filtering on phases, codings, and

keywords.<br><br>

These materials will also be posted on the PDP WG's wiki here:<br>

call. Rather, a brief overview of changes since draft 3 will be presented
