At ICANN57 in Hyderabad, our WG began initial deliberation on possible
RDS policy requirements, starting with the set of possible requirements
(PRs) for Phase 1, Code A (goals of the system), no identified
dependencies. The initial deliberation list discussed in Hyderabad was
posted, along with meeting notes, transcript, and recordings, on the
ICANN57 meeting page:

Next week, we will continue our initial deliberations where we left off
by discussing a new set of possible requirements for Phase 1, Code A. To
help you prep for next week's meeting, the <b>initial deliberation list
to be used in Week 2</b> (attached) has also been posted on the 22
November meeting page:

For Week 2, the attached initial deliberation list has been updated to
add proposed next steps for each PR started in Hyderabad, along with a
few more Phase 1, Code A PRs for Data Elements and Privacy. New PRs to be
discussed on 22 November have also been flagged as "pending
deliberation." As in Hyderabad, we probably will not get through all
of the PRs prepped for Week 2, but we hope to start deliberating a couple
of PRs under each charter question. Per our plan to rotate the order in
which charter questions are deliberated, Week 2 will start with Data
Element (DE) PRs, followed by Privacy (PR) and then Users/Purposes
(UP).<br><br>
