<p class="MsoNormal">As far as I can tell, the list dialog that has been happening today has made little to no positive contribution to the deliberation we need to do but it has I’m sure motivated a lot of members to think about quitting the WG. So I ask that

<p class="MsoNormal">Much of what occurred today can be avoided if we all stay on task. Most of what has been discussed on the list for the last few days has dealt with topics we will deal with in the future; please wait until we get there.<o:p></o:p></p>
