Currently, China is drafting privacy regulations, and it looks
like personal data, crossing borders might be near impossible when
this is finished and becomes law. <br>
<br>
The USA turning 180 degrees shows fast this landscape is evolving,
next election (or faster) we might see another 180 degrees again.<br>
<br>
Volker is right; we need to make sure our policies remain
compliant with applicable government practices, laws &
regulations. That is the way forward, it is not easy, but for sure
this WG can do it. <br>
