<p class="MsoNormal">That’s correct Chuck, though the way you wrote your own final sentence can be interpreted two different ways as well. ;-b &nbsp; Anonymous access to *ALL* data will not be able to survive going forward so we need to get on with a system that
 will work to accommodate the new legal and technical realities that exist and continue to evolve. &nbsp;Given all the waivers for registrars flying around, we’re living in a world where at least access to some of the data elements for some of the registrations
 in existence today aren’t available… &nbsp;So going forward, access to *some* data elements via anonymous access methods may still be possible, and access to *some other* elements may require differentiated methods, permissions, authentications, etc. The particular
 thresholds for what those elements and requirements would be is up to this group to work out - at least to some level.<o:p></o:p></p>
