</a>Dozens of input documents for the first three questions on
Users/Purposes, Data Elements, and Privacy were summarized by this WG
last year. You'll find links to those three summary documents produced by
the WG above each of those topic tables.<br><br>
The WG subsequently moved forward from input summaries to possible
requirements to key concepts. We are now working on drafting key concepts
for the first 5 questions, with both weekly poll results and WG
agreements recorded here:<br><br>

Although we haven't reached new agreements in the past few WG calls, all

encompasses wider issues and principles than just law. Something may be
