In last week's poll, question 6 asked if there were any additional
guiding principles for access to "thin data" that you feel must
be deliberated upon now, before returning to deliberation on purposes for
each "thin data" element. Only one person felt there was,
giving as a comment: "Proportionality." This action item gives
that person and any other WG members an opportunity to propose such a
principle.<br><br>
Hint for those new to the WG: The concept of proportionality was included
in presentations given by Peter Kimpian to the RDS PDP WG back in
