that discussion, the following agreement was proposed: <b>Expiration Date should be removed as a "thin data" element accessible without authentication through an RDS.
</b>To help the WG make progress on this question, please indicate whether you agree with this proposal.</span></i><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<b><i>“Minimum Public Data Set”</i></b> (and has been called “MPDS” on the WG mailing list today), as per the first WG agreement above. This was in response to both; yesterday’s discussion as well as the overwhelming opposition to removing the Expiration Date
