Volker I tend to agree with you. However, I would also
consider contactability within the larger scope; DNS
resolution. When any action undermines that objective, it
speaks to an even bigger scope, the security, stability and
trustworthiness of the DNS is undermined. Sensible and
balanced policy prescriptives that enable those objectives are
in the best interest of all of us. </div>
