[gnso-review-dt] UPDATE: new call time - Initial Report discussion

Dear All,

Due to a scheduling conflict the secondary call discussing Westlake's initial report needs to be held on 16 January 2015. To confirm, the initial call on 5 January 2015 will be held as planned.
