Attached is a table that contains my personal comments, some suggestions and a few questions regarding our categorization of 15 of the Westlake recommendations with a particular emphasis on the priorities.  I request that we discuss these on our list in advance of our next meeting and hopefully that will facilitate finalization of the priorities in that meeting.

Dear GNSO Review Working Party:

I have set up a doodle poll<http://doodle.com/poll/27e5twxchd93c92f> for a one hour call mid-January.  Please complete this poll by 6 January so that I can have the call details sent out for your calendar.

In preparation for the call, attached you will find an updated Excel document that provides an initial score and ranks each of the recommendations based on the criteria we have been using (ease, cost, strategic direction alignment, impact on other groups/work, additional info, and priority).  During our next call, we will be able to easily re-sort them according to the Working Party's suggested prioritization.

Also, you will note that Jen provided language for the recommendations highlighted in yellow (see column D).  We can review and modify/refine the language, if necessary, on the call as well.
