Just one more plea, building on Chuck and Amr’s, that any concerns be stated clearly and specifically so that dialogue and consensus building is possible.  And please do bear in mind that raising concerns about the forced generalization of Rec. 23’s model to the entire GNSO does not in any way throw into question the operations of those who’ve chosen to follow the model. The only issue here is the notion that all parts of the community must conform to one model, rather than to approaches suited to their local circumstances.
