<div><b><u>360 ASSESSMENT CURRENT STATUS</u></b> </div>
<ul>
<li>There were in excess of 150 completed responses; </li><li>Staff gave nearly 10 presentations to various stakeholder groups during ICANN51; </li><li>Outreach included a video presentation during the Welcome Ceremony, social media support, and most importantly personal outreach by many of you; and</li><li>The Westlake team is in the process of aggregating and analyzing all responses.</li></ul>
<div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><b><u>SUPPLEMENTARY ASSESSMENT RECENT AND UPCOMING OUTREACH ACTIVITIES</u></b></div>
<div>As we are continuing our efforts to ensure that a diverse and representative group of individuals take the Supplementary survey, the following outreach activities have occurred or are in planning:</div>

<div>We continue to <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/gnso">tweet</a> and post to <a href="https://www.facebook.com/icannorg">FaceBook</a> regularly in all UN languages;</div>
</li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none;">All Policy Staff leads have been asked to share the </span><a href="https://www.icann.org/news/announcement-2014-10-27-en">Announcement</a> on the 360 Supplementary
Assessment and to ask their Communities to participate; and</li><li>Staff continue to work with the Communications Department on additional means to spreading the word. </li></ul>
