  Julie Hedlund:Hi Wolf-Ulrich, it does appear that there is a holdup with
the operators.  It took me a while to get in.

  Terri Agnew:Lori Schulman has joined on the telephone

  Lori Schulman:we have too much volunteer fatigue to do anything other than
advise diversity

  Julie Hedlund:The document is unsynced.

  Julie Hedlund:It is in Section 9 of GNSO PDP Manual: PDP Outcomes and
Process

  Amr Elsadr:Other models have been used for different projects, but not do
develop Consensus Policies (not to replace PDP WGs). Examples include
Working Parties, such as the precursor to this WG, and Drafting Teams.

  Lori Schulman:I do not have an objection.

  Amr Elsadr:"guidelines" or "operating procedures" might be more fitting
here, perhaps, than "a policy"?

  Rafik:I thought admin support is moving from pilot phase?

  Rafik:but indeed it is depending if it get budget aporved every fiscal
year

  Julie Hedlund:Next meeting is 10 August.  There is a conflict with the
meeting on 24 August -- overlaps with the GNSO Council.

  Lori Schulman 2:I am on vacation frm August 19 through 28th as an FYI. I
will not be doing any ICANN calls.
