Dear All,

I have missed the last few meetings (including this morning’s) due to scheduling conflicts and illness.  I have been ill since mid-October and hope to see some end to this in the next few weeks. That being said, I am an active participant in RPM review.  As a point of information, every 4th RPM review meeting is scheduled at 11:00 pm-12:30 am EST and then invariably I have a GNSO review meeting 7.5 hours later.  That means I cannot get a full night of sleep.  This not healthy and impedes my participation.   The bi-weekly meeting time of this group seems to perfectly coordinate with the RPM late evening for me.  This conflict will be true of anyone on US time who is following both RPM and GNSO Review.

I will confirm that I am the primary IPC representative.  Vicky Sheckler is the secondary.
