Thanks Julie,

at which time the present Review WG will be disbanded? After the board 
(or OEC) will have accepted the final report?

With respect to Res. 4 of the motion I'm not sure whether time is 
appropriate to call for volunteers now. It should be depending on 
"concerning issues" being identified. It may be more attractive to 
volunteer if you know of a specific issue to manage.
