All,

wrt Rec's 7&12 I suggest to develop a calculation scenario for potential 
interpretation/transscription services under the following assumptions:

 1. from the GNSO calendar 2016: number of WGs/WTs calls and hours
 2. percentage of 1. with interpretation/transscription: suggestion <=50
 3. number of languages to be interpreted (in add. to English):
    suggestion 2-3
 4. costs estimated

Re Rec 20&21 which we didn't cover today I'd prefer to be more specific 
in the determination on "data sources" and "research initiatives" mentioned.
