and why? </p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">Separately, let me reiterate that allowing respondents to choose is worse than randomly assigning them to a survey type where we are splitting the surveys, and if we're expanding that split then we should also randomize
who gets which one in the other groups. I don't recall that we agreed to let respondents choose which branch of the survey they wanted to take.</p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">Analysis Group has further revised the draft Sunrise & Claims surveys based on the input/feedback from the Sub Team. They continue to be concerned about the length of the registrar and registry operator surveys,
and suggest that respondents for each of those surveys be given a choice of which subsections of the survey they would like to address. This could be implemented in a similar way to how the trademark owner survey has been divided.</span></p>
