<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Please find attached updated versions of: (1) the Consolidated URS Discussion Document – where as of last week we had added a new column to the table in Section B to list all the suggested data sources agreed
to by our Sub Team; (2) the list of questions to the URS Practitioners that will be identified by the Practitioners Sub Team; and (3) the list of questions to the URS Providers. As always, it is the Consolidated URS Discussion Document that will is the authoritative
report since the others, as noted previously by staff, were created essentially to assist the other two Sub Teams as well as the practitioners and providers see more easily what topics and questions are to be directed at them. We have also posted all the attached

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">As agreed on our last call, in reporting back to the full Working Group at ICANN61, the following general points should be mentioned as well:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">This URS Documents Sub Team is willing to take on the review of those specific types of cases noted in the consolidated document, as well as the review
of the specified reports, websites and other documents also mentioned. The Sub Team will welcome any additional volunteers from the Working Group who wish to join them for these reviews.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">To perform the case review, the Sub Team intends to develop and use a single template, to ensure uniformity and consistency in reporting.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">The final list of suggested data sources, as well as the questions for the URS Practitioners and Providers, was developed over two Sub Team meetings
during which the Sub Team went through the full table of topics in Section B of the Consolidated URS Discussion Document. For each topic, the Sub Team considered whether or not data – whether in the form of quantifiable data or qualitative/anecdotal feedback
– was needed and, if so, the appropriate source(s) of that information. For a few topics, the Sub Team agreed that data collection was either not needed or appropriate (e.g. if the topic covered a policy rather than data-driven question).
