We have not received any suggestions for changes to the attached documents.  If there are none by 1200 (noon) today local Puerto Rico time (1600 UTC) staff will send the materials to the full PDP Working Group.

Per the action items below from yesterday’s call, staff has produced the following revised documents and slides for your review:

Questions: A revised version with numbering, incorporating the edits from the meeting, and with all edits accepted – attached in PDF and at the Google doc here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1czGq3Y5Z1bVx1ys_MnfLkFE1S-_Dwc3kRzfrTprlNFE/edit?usp=sharing
Practitioners List: Greg Shatan’s version with the list from the Sub Team members reordered from highest to lowest number of cases – as included in the slides and at the Google spreadsheet here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16oLCilkHRdNEp8H732S6z7KOLRY7xbW991qri5w3Q3I/edit?usp=sharing
Slides for ICANN61: Including the questions and also the list of practitioners.  (Note that staff had considered including the list as a separate PDF, but it seemed more efficient and not any more lengthy to include the list in the slides.)  While the typeface will be small, the document can be zoomed in the Adobe Connect room and also will be available as a PDF.  The slides are attached as a PDF.

Please let me know of any questions, comments, or edits ASAP but not later than 1700 UTC tomorrow, 09 March, so that we can send the final materials to the full Working Group tomorrow with enough time for them to review prior to Sunday’s meeting.

Report and Working Group discussion of suggestions and next steps: URS Practitioners Sub Team
Working Group discussion of expectations of and criteria and selection process for the appointment of a new Working Group co-chair

Thursday 15 March, 08.30-10.15: Session #4 (in Room 103-A)
Presentation from and dialogue with the three URS providers (FORUM, MFSD, ADNDRC) (Please note: two of the presenters may be participating remotely)
