Please also see the final list of 38 practitioners who were contacted. The survey was open for 3 weeks and there were three reminders. There were 14 responses.</p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The format of the results is that which is provided by Survey Monkey, which does not include the section headers (staff have added them for the slides, which could be edited in PowerPoint). Staff also can extract the raw data as an unformatted Excel spreadsheet if that is desired.</p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Please let staff know if you wish to see the data in a different format, or if you have any questions.
