[Gnso-rpm-providers] Updated: Responses to Follow-up Questions & Draft Agenda

ADNDRC has responded to the follow-up questions and provided requested materials. Please find attached the updated document, which consolidates all the information and will be used for tomorrow’s Sub Team meeting.

Dear Providers Sub Team,

Please find attached a document that consolidates all the action items for the Providers Sub Team, as recorded in the “Super Consolidated URS Topics Table (draft as of 7 August 2018)”.

Most of the action items are for the Providers Sub Team to follow up with URS Providers to seek responses to additional questions and/or request additional materials. Both FORUM and MFSD responded by the deadline of Monday, 20 August. Due to internal process, ADNDRC has not yet responded as of 02:00 UTC on Wednesday, 22 August. ICANN GDD also provided response to a few questions.

In the document, Staff have summarized the responses received to assist the Sub Team in your review of the additional information/materials. The aim here is to identify issues and propose suggestions for the consideration of the full WG. Please note that Providers sent a number of additional materials for the Sub Team to review. They are hyperlinked in the document and can be downloaded directly.

For the full responses from the Providers and additional details, please refer to the "Responses & Notes - URS Provider Questions<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1I-qe_I4OkQT7IU_rjHMQVa9Ebj8Ik6vay1vr5Yt9ZIg/edit?usp=sharing>" spreadsheet, where you can find the Providers’ full responses to the follow-up questions sent by the Providers Sub Team in the second tab.

Here also is a draft agenda for the Sub Team meeting on Thursday, 23 August at 12:00-13:30 UTC:
1.  Review Agenda
2.  Discussions of the URS Provider and GDD’s responses to follow-up questions, with the aim to identify issues and propose suggestions for the consideration of the full WG
