Doc was the final version and would be sent to the WG. Our understanding was
that further work (e.g. footnotes, re-ordering, some tweaking) might be done
following more Sub Team discussion.
Susan Payne:there is work underway currently on staff accountability. If
staff have been accused of overstepping the bounds it is your duty to
identify who you are accusing and give us the details

Jeff Neuman:SOme of the reworded questions seems to have a bias in them.
For example, in number two, using the word "scheme" implies a negative
connotation. It may be that some find the premium name issue to be
negative, but that term is not objective

that should be filled.

that those proposed final questions were just that "proposed"...we can still
tweak them.
