[Gnso-rpm-sunrise] REMINDER: Definitions for premium names, reserved names, premium pricing ... ?

Dear Sub Team members,

As you may recall, it was agreed that the Sub Team will start a discussion of what, if any, definitions it might want to develop for terms such as “reserved names”, “premium names”, and “premium pricing for Sunrise” – with the aim to make it clear that these cover different matters and to assist the Working Group with its review of the Sunrise RPM. Note that the idea is not to engage in a substantive discussion of the merits/disadvantages of these various items but rather to see if we can come up with an agreed list of definitions.

Would someone like to kick us off? ☺
