[Gnso-rpm-sunrise] REVISED: [HOMEWORK] Review 2 Source Documents & Answer All Charter Questions - Due Wed 14:00 UTC

That's very nice, but it's not the material that those of us who took 
the time to do the work on time used.   George, Kristine and I all 
worked from same docs -- in a list Staff circulated (and shown below). 
Respectfully, that's the list that should be used for tomorrow. To 
account for and expand upon existing work and effort.
