[Gnso-rpm-sunrise] REVIEW by COB THURSDAY - Draft Summary Table of AG Survey Data Deliberation

Dear Greg and David,

There is a proposal on the table that I would like to share with you. 
Given the heavy load of work this week, and the availability of many 
members to do this volunteer work on the weekends, we treat the Summary 
Tables as "draft" for a week longer -- allowing Subteam members a chance 
to review and edit alongside WG members.  Of course, we wanted to know 
your thoughts.
