Dear Sunrise Sub Team members,

Please see below a revised proposed agenda for the meeting tomorrow, Thursday, 02 May at 18:00 UTC for 90 minutes.  Please note the addition of agenda item #2, the overview of the updated timeline and work plan.  The referenced document is attached and is updated as of 30 April to reflect the current status of the work.  For the Sunrise Sub Team timeline and work plan see pages 1 and 2 and in particular, table C, to see the plans for each meeting, the intended scope of work, and the actual work completed.

Revised Proposed Agenda:

  1.  Review agenda/updates to Statements of Interest (SOIs)
  2.  Overview of Updated Timeline and Work Plan
  3.  Development of Preliminary Recommendations:
     *   Continue discussion of agreed Sunrise Charter Question 6, in conjunction with Proposals #2 & #4
     *   Discuss agreed Sunrise Charter Question 8
     *   (if time permits) Discuss agreed Sunrise Charter Question 9, in conjunction with Proposal #13
  4.  AOB

While the discussions of Questions 1 and 5(a) and review of Individual Proposal #9 have not been completed during the call this week, Sub Team members have been asked to provide any additional input via the discussion threads by 15 May 2019 (unless the Sub Team Co-Chairs determine otherwise).
