  1.  Continue providing input to Discussion Threads for Agreed Sunrise Charter Question 1 (including Proposal #9), Question 3 (including Proposals #10 & #11), Question 4, Question 5(a), and Question 6 (including Proposals #2 & #4)
  2.  Provide input to Discussion Threads for Agreed Sunrise Charter Question 8 and Question 9 (including Proposal #13)
  3.  Review Agreed Sunrise Charter Question 10
  4.  Review Agreed Sunrise Charter Question 11
  5.  Review Agreed Sunrise Charter Question 12
