Many thanks for the prompt. You are absolutely correct this was an item for follow-up. Having gone back to the notes from last week, the action item was for the Sub team “To consider what data, if any the sub-team would like to obtain from Donuts and other DPML-like providers. To return to this issue at next meeting”. As a result staff have not progressed any action on this.

 

I would therefore propose the following revised agenda:

 

(1) Conclude sub team discussion regarding information potentially to be sought from Donuts and other DPML-like providers;  

(2) Review of List of Questions for TMCH Providers, Registrars and Registries to identify any gaps and additional questions; and

(3)   Staff update on further data extraction.

Hi David,

Could we add to this list (perhaps as #1), an update on the outreach to Donuts and perhaps others who use the TMCH database?  Wasn't this where we left the discussion off last week?  Do you have any further information from Donuts?  Sorry if I missed an email as I was on the road this week...
