[Gnso-rpm-tmch] TMCH Sub team meeting Friday, 7 October 2016

Hello everyone, and thanks very much, Kathy.

Assuming there is no meeting this Friday, staff can endeavor to get an initial draft of a brief Sub Team report to everyone by the following week for your review. The scope of the report will likely be as David has outlined below, and will refer to but not repeat what was in the first report we gave to the full Working Group.

Again, please send any remaining concerns or comments on the Registries and Providers questions to this list; if we may, we suggest 1500 UTC this Friday 8 October (i.e. the time at which we would ordinarily have our Sub Team meeting) as the deadline so that we can send the questions out at the earliest opportunity next week. Staff is already working with Kathy and Kurt to solicit WG registrar members for their quick feedback on the Registrar questions, following which we hope to send those out soon as well.

Thanks and cheers
Mary

Hi All,

With the exception of the questions for Registrars (which Kurt and I, together with David and Mary are working on per the delegation of last week), I think we are done. I have no comments or changes to the questions. Does anyone else? Shall we send these out?

If so, is there any reason to meet this week or shall we give everyone back an hour of their Friday?

Best, Kathy

Dear Sub-team members

Just a brief reminder that at our last meeting a final draft of questions related to the TMCH was prepared. Should you have any final comments on these we would be grateful to receive them asap.

In relation to the meeting for this week, scheduled for Friday, 7 October 2016 at 15:00 UTC, staff would suggest that this would provide an opportune time to discuss the report to be sent to the Working Group. Tentatively we would suggest that the report could cover the following items:

·         Overview of activities to date;

·         Publicly available data obtained by the ST (i.e. the tabular summary prepared by staff);

· Outcome of meetings with analysis group; and

· Proposed further data gathering from key-stakeholders.

We would be grateful to receive any comments you had on this outline.

Kind regards,

David
