<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Staff thought it might be useful to have an initial scoping document to facilitate discussions on our initial organizational call today. Please find attached a short document, which contains the following: </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">(1) the Working Group Charter questions concerning the TMCH (provided for purposes of framing the data collection that our Sub Team will be doing); </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">(2) some initial suggestions for data sources and types of data we might wish to seek; and</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">(3) existing data sources that ICANN staff used for the RPM Review Paper that was one of the background source documents for this PDP.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">We expect that the Sub Team work will focus on (2), but hope that the other sections and contents provide useful guidance and information. We will have the document up in the Adobe Connect room today as well.</span></p>
