Hi all, just noting as requested that I have inserted some comments in the Google document.

I would also suggest that the questions on the TMCH which relate to the scope of the rights recorded equally have a place for consideration in relation to the TM Claims, eg Q8 on GIs, Q9  on TM+50, Q10  on matching rules.  I am not trying to duplicate the discussion, but we should bear in mind that if, for example, there was a WG proposal to change the matching rules then we would need to consider the impact on the Claims process if that had not already been fully considered and addressed.

Dear Trademark Claims Sub Team members,

As with the Sunrise Sub Team, staff has created a Google Doc that lists all the Trademark Claims Charter questions as well as the general questions from the Working Group Charter. As we have managed to populate the document also with the origin of those questions and a few staff suggestions based either on the Sub Team call earlier today or ongoing mailing list discussions, please feel free to go ahead and edit or comment on the document: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GEWeolyHlj91BXHrO5wG_Q7iv6a8tmjx8wRABppfu40/edit?usp=sharing.

However, so that everyone knows you’ve updated the document, please be so kind as to send a note to this list if/when you do so. Of course, if you prefer, you may also send your comments and suggestions to this list and staff will incorporate them into the Google Doc.

We hope this is what you had in mind and we hope also that this will be useful. As a reminder, please send/make your initial comments/edits by Wednesday 19 April so that we can work through the document on our next call (Friday 21 April, 1600 UTC).
