[Gnso-rpm-trademark] Proposals on Non-Exact Matches and the Trademark Claims Notice

Dear Sub Team Members,

During the full Working Group call on 8 June 2017 at 03:00 UTC, a discussion took place on proposals made to the full Working Group regarding Trademark Claims Notices being issued as a result of domain name registrations that are non-exact matches to registered trademarks in the TMCH. The Working Group members on the call agreed that these should be referred to the Trademark Claims Sub Team.

Specifically, the Action Item on this topic was that the proposals be sent to the Trademark Claims Sub Team, so that they may be synthesized into appropriate question(s), along with the rest of the Charter questions the Sub Team is considering, and to suggest (if appropriate) what data might be needed to be collected in order to answer the questions.
