Dear RPM PDP TM Claims Sub Team members,



For the meeting on Wednesday, 10 April at 17:00 UTC the Sub Team will continue the development of preliminary recommendations and begin the review of individual proposals.  Here is a proposed Draft Agenda below.



  1.  Review agenda/updates to Statements of Interest (SOIs)
  2.  Development of Preliminary Recommendations:
     *   Discuss individual proposals relating to questions 2 and 3 (see individual proposals at: https://community.icann.org/x/R6EWBg)

                                                               i.      Question 2: individual proposals #1 and #12

                                                             ii.      Question 3: individual proposal #1

     *   Begin discussion of preliminary recommendations for question 4
  1.  AOB


NOTE: If any Sub Team member knows they will miss the 10 April meeting could they please consider emailing any suggested preliminary recommendations to the Sub Team list.  Note also the following homework from the last meeting:

  1.  Sub Team members should review the questions, beginning with Question 4 (see attached summary table) and suggest preliminary recommendations.
  2.  Sub Team members should review individual proposals: See https://community.icann.org/x/R6EWBg (bottom half of the table on the wiki page includes the Trademark Claims related individual proposals)
  3.  Staff will draft language for preliminary recommendations for which proposals have been discussed (1, 3(a) and (b)).
