2. Review the INTA New gTLD Impact Study Survey Result with respect to the Claims Charter Questions:

a. Claims Charter Question 1:
-- Whose marks are we trying to protect?  If we are talking about really big companies having more brands to protect, that might explain the response -- as to whether the data is biased.
-- Not sure that there is evidence that the claims of large TM owners and small TM owners are the same.

b. Claims Charter Questions 2, 3, 4 & 5 -- New comments will be added by George Kirikos and others who may have them.
